Description
This is an OSHA-compliant, I-CAB recognized safety training course intended for anyone working in or near a rail yard. Topics covered in this training include safe operations, on the rails, near the machine, and communications. This course meets the classroom requirement for occupational safety training. It also includes a proficiency checklist that employers can use to perform a practical evaluation. Upon completion, trainees will be able to download and print a certificate or wallet card to show that they have completed Intro to Rail Yard Safety training.

NOTE: Only an employer can designate an employee as certified. Certification requirements can vary by state or province. Check local standards for any additional occupational training requirements.
