This is an OSHA-compliant, I-CAB recognized safety training course intended for employees and contractors working on a military project. Topics covered in this training include program management, medical and first aid, temporary facilities, vehicles, machinery, and equipment, safe access, fall protection, work platforms and scaffolding, welding and cutting, electrical safety, PPE , safety equipment, material handling, storage, and disposal, confined space entry, demolition and renovation, and excavation and trenching. This course meets the classroom requirement for occupational safety training. It also includes a proficiency checklist that employers can use to perform a practical evaluation. Upon completion, trainees will be able to download and print a certificate or wallet card to show that they have completed the
EM 385-1-1 16 hour training.
